About Dr. Tina Thomas

Dr. Tina Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from University of Maryland Eastern Shore, a Master of Science in Applied Health Physiology from Salisbury University, and a Doctor of Health Care Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg.

She is the founder of Surrender Conference, an annual gathering that brings women from all walks of life together to experience intentional moments of powerful worship, dynamic teaching, authentic conversations, laughter, inspiration, rest, and renewal. Through this movement, she has created a meaningful space where women are encouraged to heal, grow, and walk boldly in purpose.

Dr. Thomas is a dynamic conference speaker, trusted seminar facilitator, and seasoned executive and corporate coach whose voice resonates across platforms where leaders, teams, and individuals seek guidance, clarity, and strategic empowerment. She is known for delivering messages that are practical, transformative, and deeply impactful.

She is married to Dr. Jesse E. Thomas, Senior Pastor of Shiloh Baptist Church, and together they are the proud parents of Jessiah and Jessica. Dr. Tina Thomas serves faithfully as Ministry Leader of the Women’s Ministry, Media Ministry, and as a key contributor to the Christian Education Ministry.

With a deep passion for serving the community and uplifting youth, she is especially devoted to embracing, educating, and empowering women of all ages. Described by many as having a “heart of pure gold,” she brings grace, wisdom, and authenticity to every room she enters. She loves God with all her heart and walks boldly in purpose by serving others.
